The goal of this project is to derive an everyday, mainstream object with a mid-range approach and to develop a low-end version and a high-end version.
What makes an object simple, elegant, what makes his quality?
Create two different objects, which tell three different stories just by changing the line, the shape.
The Low-End Product
For this low-end version, the lines are clean and simplified. The jar is set in a cylinder cut at both ends to make the lines straighter, less elaborate, simplified. The materials are simple but solid, a transaparent plastic jar and a simple white silicone cap to be fitted on the base. This version is certainly low-end, but it doesn’t put aside practicality and ergonomy. Mainstream but practical and solid.
The High-End Product
For the high end version, lines are calculated and thought out in service of the best ergonomy. The curve of the profile view becomes an invitation, a call for the customer to hold the product. The lines themselves remain sober, elegant, ergonomic and slender. The materials are noble, smoked glass jar and polished ebony cap that follows the lines traced by the jar.
